Our New Senior Master Technician

We’re thrilled to congratulate Scott “Scooter” Keeney on becoming a Ford Senior Master Technician! This is no small feat and is a status that takes years to complete. Doing so demonstrates Scott’s dedication to exceeding customer expectations by providing the highest levels and knowledge and skill. As vehicle technology continues to change and progress, this additional education means he’s better equipped to complete advanced diagnostic and repair operations. In order to become a Senior Master Technician, one must complete 72 courses, some in person and some online, and have a minimum of 5 years experience at a Ford dealership.

Our community can trust that their vehicles are being repaired by highly skilled, factory trained technicians here at Laramie Range Ford!

About Scott

Born and raised right here in Laramie, WY, Scott started working in the automotive industry right out of high school at his dad’s muffler and radiator shop. He started at the Ford dealership in Laramie in 1999 washing cars. After only 6 months of proving his work ethic, automotive skills and willingness to learn, he started as a technician. That desire to learn has not diminished over the years, driving him to pursue the Senior Master Technician status! Outside of work, Scott is a big fan of drag racing and loves automotive stereo systems. We’re so proud of his accomplishments and are thrilled to have him as part of the Laramie Range Ford family!
